The course aims to bring anyone closer to the world of homemade pasta. Taking inspiration from the tradition of our land, chestnut and durum wheat flour will be used to make egg dough, you will quickly learn the correct way to roll out the dough, cut and dry the pasta together with our teacher La Maria.
The course includes all the work materials, the ingredients and the apron.
At the end of the course you will have the opportunity to taste your pasta accompanied by a good glass of wine!
